Neither city shows the kind of dramatic capital city premium London shows over the rest of the UK; Germany's Product Manager pay is more evenly distributed across its several major tech hubs.

Seniority is the clearest lever nationally: Levels.fyi's senior tier, €84,928 to €119,609, sits well above its own national average, and the gap between an average and a senior Product Manager total compensation package in Germany, roughly €25,000 to €30,000, is among the largest absolute jumps in this set, even if the percentage increase is comparable to other countries.
